Ron Wayman has a passion for coaching and facilitating inner transformations in individuals who have streamed to his offices for the past two decades.
He empowers his clients to release their limiting beliefs that sabotage their lives and keep them from achieving the true desires of their hearts. He works with his clients to achieve more clarity of mind, better emotional stability, greater authenticity, increased productivity, enhanced learning abilities, better and more fulfilling relationships, greater financial success, vital health, and spiritual joy.
To achieve abundance in all areas of life, individuals are asked by Ron to become aware of how physical and nutritional lifestyle, beliefs, and emotions are interfering with and blocking their success.
He leads each client through an integrative and intensive process that both changes and overcomes their emotional, mental, and physical, as well as energetic roadblocks. He also teaches classes on how individuals can do this for themselves.

As the path is entrenched, you can know that the craving is becoming too important when you get angry if you can not have what you want now. Also you know the craving has taken a turn for the bad if you feel hopeless or depressed when you can not have your desires met.
“I want my cigarette, I want my ice cream, I want my coffee, I want my power drink, I want my….” In other words, the need for the feeling that the cravings provide and the need for satisfying those cravings becomes most important. So important that logic becomes less and less and emotions become the rule instead of the “icing on the cake.”
It won’t take long, before there is very little value to what is inside the box and all the energy is on the wrapping or the bow or the experience of opening the gift box. And if the craving cycle continues, some people start to feel embarrassed or guilty and the gift is opened in secrecy and they start to lie about even having a gift to open.
And the craving becomes the master, and you the slave. Then shame and frustration arises and adds an element of reversed feelings about the whole cycle. Whatever the substance or experience is, if the food, the drug, or the acting out becomes secondary then, the vicious cycle leads to the reward of secret adventure or the reward of pain is pleasure. The mind starts getting confused what is really good for you and what is not. The temporary high and quick satisfaction leads to a drastic low, guilt, frustration, blame and anger.
Dealing with the problem is so important. Families can be destroyed if some cravings and addictions are left unchecked. Bodies can gain weight that could cause major health problems. Health can be sacrificed for fulfilled desires.
But what is the positive gift in all this?
I believe that every event and experience has a positive consequence. This world is a world of duality. There is light and dark, fear and faith, sun and moon, in and out, up and down, and pain and wisdom.
The obvious positive gift of craving is what you learn from the experience. Craving is seeking to fill that emptiness, stop the pain, stop the worry, and end the boredom. Craving could also remind you that you need to open up and let some air in. Let some of God’s love and support in. Let in some support of others. Let the worry about your own problems turn to a realization that it is time to embrace the fear and take this head on and not in the closet or cave.
Another positive gift is coming to understand the emotional reasons why you are craving so much and healing those issues.
These emotions range from frustration, anger, rage, getting one’s feelings hurt, abuse, trauma, fear, terror, panic, entitlement, clutter, confusion, anxiety, etc. The associated beliefs include I don’t love myself, I wish someone was there for me, no one understands me, I deserve this, I’ll show them, I am not good enough, If only they would change, If only I could change.
Take the time to really emotionally process through the beliefs, emotions and the timeframes when they were stored in your subconscious. Remember the emotions are just alarms that you have stored the pain too deeply. The depth is dependent on how much energy you put to the story. The gift comes by seeing the pain as a teacher and not as an enemy. Let the body learn how to take the pain and gradually cycle it up and out of your system.
As you do CraveEaze and state the affirmations, breathe deeply and energize your body, think about how the emotional pains can benefit you. Move the energy to gratitude.
And lastly, give yourself positive rewards. Rewards like: Taking time for you, getting great and delicious organic food, taking a walk in nature, do some gardening, have a good laugh, talk with a friend, lifting some weights or doing aerobic exercises, smiling at yourself and enjoying who you are, giving someone a hug, offering some joy without sacrificing your true self.
CraveEaze and deep breathing can be part of your positive rewards. It feels so good to take time to honor and respect yourself, to really relax and support yourself. It is amazing what happens when you relax. The body will stop the vicious cycle of adrenaline from cravings and the body will start the cycle of sending out oxytocin, serotonin, gaba, and other calming neurotransmitters and will enhance your own desire for that which is good for you.
